From helping small brands get off the ground with educational blogs to writing hard-hitting pieces about the state of our industry's equity problem, I'm an all-around expert in cannabis content.

Of course, cannabis isn't my *only* world, and I've covered plenty of music, arts, food, and lifestyle-centered content as well. My passion for plant-centered wellness has also landed me in the mushrooms, psychedelics, and alternative therapies space.
